Südamekodud is the best provider of care services close to home, which includes 10 homes for the elderly with caring service and a cosy environment all over Estonia. More than 600 elderly people live in Südhomes and the company employs nearly 400 people across Estonia.

Staff feedback
An employee satisfaction and feedback survey was carried out at the end of 2021. The aim of the survey was to obtain information on employee satisfaction, possible areas for improvement in work-related areas, and the company's strengths and weaknesses from the employees' perspective.
As a result of the feedback, we learned that 86% of employees are proud to work at Warm Homes.
