As a Mass Control Applications Expert, you will participate in the creation of Virumaa's mass control capability. You will coordinate and develop mass control capability processes and conduct training. You will ensure that the police have the necessary equipment and trained officers to deal with mass disorder. Your strengths will be crisis management skills and knowledge of the functioning of the broad national defence. With your knowledge, together we will create the best police in the world.

This job is for you if

• have previous experience in the field of national defence or internal security and are familiar with the activities and principles of national and internal defence volunteers;
• You have a degree in policing or other higher education and a willingness to undertake further police training;
• have good communication skills (including English) and a category B driving licence;
• previous experience in adult education (including as an instructor) and project management.

Want to apply but no police training?

You should definitely apply, because you can learn to be a police officer on the side. In this position, you will undergo a modular police in-service training (up to 22 weeks) at the Academy of National Defence. You will study at a distance - one week at work, one week at school. The studies take place in Paikus and Tallinn, and during your studies we will provide you with a salary, accommodation in study halls and reimbursement of school-related travel expenses.
