As a Crisis Unit Team Leader, your role is to recruit members of a team of reservists and auxiliary police officers with crisis roles, plan and conduct training, keep members informed and be a strong tactical leader for your team in a crisis situation. You will be the leader of the 100-member crisis team in the Eastern Prefecture's operational area, maintaining the motivation and readiness of the team members to carry out the tasks assigned to the crisis unit.
Job Requirements:
This job is for you if
have previous experience in the field of national defence or homeland security and a desire to lead and motivate people;
You have a degree in policing or other higher education and are willing to undertake further police training;
have good communication skills (including English), good physical and mental fitness and a category B driving licence.
You should be familiar with the activities and principles of national and home protection volunteers and have completed thejunior sergeant or team leader training.
