As a development expert, your main task will be to develop the training system for auxiliary police officers (including the Crisis Reserve modules), ensuring their effectiveness, sustainability and relevance to the needs of the organisation. In addition, you will organise the recruitment of military police conscripts as auxiliary police officers and their further training.
This is the job for you if you have a university degree (preferably in andragogy, law or social sciences) and five years' professional experience. You know your way around the educational landscape and can set up a well-functioning training system. You are familiar with the service design process. You are familiar with volunteering in the field of internal security and know its challenges and opportunities. Knowledge of the police organisation and familiarity with the legislation governing auxiliary police officers and police tasks is a bonus. You will be fluent in Estonian and have an intermediate level of English. You have very good self management and communication skills. Your conscientiousness, punctuality and punctuality will be noticed by others. You are collaborative and solution-oriented. You take responsibility , and your analytical and decision-making skills work well in periods of high pressure.
