- carrying out maintenance activities;
- supervising the client's personal hygiene, tidying up the residence, providing guidance and assistance as necessary;
- caring for the client's well-being, including activation;
- monitoring the client's state of health, informing the nurse of any changes;
- keeping care records;
- liaising with other professionals in the home;
- supporting the client's physical and mental safety;
- individual communication with clients.

- you must have completed a care worker training programme or hold a care worker qualification under the Vocational Training Act;
- you have a qualification as a trainer or you have a certificate of professional competence in the field of vocational education and training;
You have a qualification in the field of social work (you must have the required qualification or you have a professional qualification from the Estonian Labour Agency):
- you must have a minimum level of (B1) or have the required language skills;
A valid health certificate is required.
