Magnetic Talents: Offers engineering and CAMO services, as well as various aviation training programs.
Magnetic Group, headquartered in Estonia at Tallinn Airport, also operates sales offices in Vilnius, Miami, and Kuala Lumpur, offering its services across Europe and Africa at various airports.

Where and when? You will work in the Magnetic MRO Tallinn Airport hangars. Theoretical lectures are provided in Tallinn onsite by TSI Riga.

The requirements to apply:
- B1+ English language skills
- Secondary education (or higher)
- Legally permitted to live and work in Estonia
- Some technical background
- No criminal record
