Come and help create extraordinary travel experiences!
* Inspire and advise customers on booking trips: your main role will be to help find and book memorable trips to the destinations we offer (answering incoming calls/emails).
* Provide a high level of service excellence to B2B and B2C customers: your role will be to provide professional advice to both B2B and B2C customers and ensure a smooth booking process to make their trip a truly memorable experience.
- Requirements:
* You have a very good command of German, both written and spoken (at least C1 level).
* You have a passion for travel, are a good salesperson, are an excellent customer service or open communicator, and enjoy getting results.
* You are a quick learner, adapt to change, seek solutions and listen to feedback to improve your work.
* You remain professional in difficult situations, always providing excellent service.
* You like to achieve sales targets and provide the best solutions to customers.
* You are customer-oriented and have good interpersonal skills. You enjoy working in a team.
* You are solution-oriented and able to multi-task. - Educational level: general secondary education
- Language skills: DE, EN
