Job Description:
Together with colleagues and support professionals, you will help people with mental health needs to live full lives in small, comfortable homes.
As an activity leader:
*create a friendly and safe environment;
*provide care activities;
*support residents in their daily life, leisure and work activities;
*support residents in activities and activities to help them in their daily activities, in the community, in the daily living and in the home;
*mapping and supporting residents' development;
*communicating with residents' relatives;
*helping people to lead more independent and active lives.

Job Requirements:

*keskharidus ja tegevusjuhendaja/sotsiaaltöö/eripedagoogika/psühholoogia alane haridus või valmisolek õppimiseks;
*computer literacy;
*knowledge of Estonian;
*at least B2 level;
*a category B driving licence would be an advantage.
A valid medical certificate and an extract from the criminal record are required.
