Balti Spoon is a wood veneer company with more than 20 years of experience. Wood veneer is a decorative sheet of wood, cut thin and used to cover furniture, wall panels and parquet. We are one of the world's largest veneer producers, with most of our production exported. Our production is environmentally friendly, chemical-free, we recycle production waste and we are FSC certified. The factory in Kuusalu municipality employs 350 people, all training is done on site. The premises are warm, clean and well lit. Employees have proper changing and shower facilities, lunch and bus shuttles are provided free of charge by the employer. We pay close attention to risk analysis and safety in the work environment.
